Course Overview:

This training module provides participants with the necessary expertise to conduct audits and assessments for various international standards and frameworks such as Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001, Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) ISO 45001, and Food Safety Management System (FMSM) ISO 22000.

Participants will learn auditing techniques and tools, as well as the roles and responsibilities of auditors, audit teams, and the auditee, including effective communication techniques and conflict resolution skills. The module emphasizes practical application of the concepts, principles, and techniques learned through case studies, role-playing, and interactive exercises, enabling participants to develop the necessary skills to manage the auditing process from start to finish and evaluate and recommend improvements to management systems in line with international standards and best practices.

 

 

Course Content:

  1. Standards and Frameworks: Development of expertise in conducting audits and assessments for various international standards and frameworks such as QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, OHS ISO 45001, and FMSM ISO 22000.
  2. Auditing Techniques and Tools: Effective and efficient internal and external audit techniques and tools such as audit planning and preparation, audit conduct, and audit reporting. Comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of auditors, audit teams, and the auditee, including effective communication techniques and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Real-world Application: Practical application of the concepts, principles, and techniques learned through case studies, role-playing, and interactive exercises. Participants will apply their newly acquired knowledge in real-world scenarios, enabling them to manage the auditing process from start to finish and evaluate and recommend improvements to management systems in line with international standards and best practices.

Course Duration:

This training module has a duration of 2 days, providing participants with ample time to acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills in conducting audits and assessments for various international standards and frameworks such as QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, OHS ISO 45001, and FMSM ISO 22000.

 

By the end of this program, participants will have gained the necessary expertise to manage the auditing process from start to finish, evaluate and recommend improvements to management systems in line with international standards and best practices.
